How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. A valid shipping address MUST be entered in order for your order to be processed. In the event that one is not entered, you will be refunded and your order will be cancelled. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and your package is returned to us, you will have to pay for shipping again to receive your order or receive a refund excluding shipping costs. If your order qualified for free shipping and was returned to us, you will have to pay for shipping to receive your order.
How do I track my order?
After your order has been processed, you will be emailed a USPS tracking number/link. Please be sure that your contact information is correct.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If you chose Standard Shipping during checkout, your order will take 1-5 business days to arrive. If you chose Expedited Shipping during checkout, your order will take 1-3 business days to arrive. Due to COVID-19, you may experience shipping delays that are beyond our control.
Can I return or exchange items in my order?
The Returns/Exchanges process can be started by emailing our customer service at email@example.com. Please email your order number, reason for the return/exchange and/or the item that you would like to exchange for. You will have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Returns are processed within 1-3 business days after your item is delivered to us. A refund, excluding shipping costs, for your return will be issued after the item is received.
